Panattoni Park Swindon will total 7.2 million sq ft, with a range of unit sizes available on both a speculative and build-to-suit basis.

 

The site uniquely benefits from Outline planning consent for 7.2 million sq ft, with Detailed consent for a 1.2 million sq ft unit and Reserved Matters consent for the first three units.

 

The first phase of speculative development has commenced with Unit S545, a 545,414 sq ft unit and S915, a 916,984 sq ft unit, both of which will reach practical completion in Q1 2026.
